PRICES

All prices on this website are stated in Euro’s and are inclusive of the 21% VAT Tax, Orders will be processed in Euro’s only, we do not accept payments in other currencies.

If you live outside of the EU, and have a foreign currency credit card, the Euro amount will be charged to your card using your provider’s current exchange rates.   Please remember that buy/sell exchange rates can be different depending on when your credit card provider processes the transaction, so the amount that appears on your credit card statement may be slightly different to the converted invoiced amount. Credit card companies may also charge international payment fees and/or commission for selling you foreign currency. Please contact your credit card provider directly for their terms and conditions.

Willow and Coconut reserves the right to change prices of goods advertised on this website, without notice. Orders will not be dispatched until payment is received in full. All goods remain the property of Willow and Coconut until full payment is received.

PRODUCT COLOURS

When our products are photographed, this is done in the best possible way to ensure the color and quality is represented in its truest form. Due to the use of flash photography, colors may differ from the actual color of the item.

Also, color may differ due to your device settings and monitors you view the products on.

When viewing an item, make sure to check out website for the most accurate color, see statement above. On Instagram we use filters to enhance the picture to fit our brand feel. This is not a good indicator of actual colors.

PROMOTIONS & DISCOUNTS

All promotions & discount codes are issued at the discretion of Willow and Coconut. We reserve the right to deny and or cancel any order which has used an invalid discount code that is not in compliance with its conditions. Promotional offer & discount codes can only be used ONCE per customer per promotion, unless specified. Promotional offer & discount codes will not be extended beyond the specified end date.

PRODUCT AVAILABILITY

We aim to keep our products in stock to comply with demand, however, if certain items sell out quickly. It may take some time to re-order stock. We will try to monitor sales as much as possible to prevent this occurrence. While we try to ensure the information on this website is correct. It is possible mistakes can occur due to technology and/or human error. We apologize if this occurs and we will work with you to find a solution.

Product assembly

Items sold in our store may require assembly, if an item requires assembly it will most likely be stated on the packaging or instruction card or in the items details on the website. At times we might and will make changes to product specifications. We reserve the right to do so at any time and without notice.

DOMESTIC Shipping

We aim to ship your order within 1-3 working days. Orders will not be shipped in the weekend and incase of order placement on a Friday it can ultimately be sent on a Tuesday. We will always try to send your order as soon as possible. We work together with our transporters and as soon as it leaves our warehouse we cannot ensure a timely delivery. We are available to help you with any problems if they arise. In case of a problem with your order, please contact sales@willowandcoconut.com

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

If you live outside of the EU or list of countries we ship to and wish to have a product shipped to you, please email us with your destination and we will provide you with a shipping cost, if possible.  Keep in mind that any taxes, duty or other fees incurred on arrival of an international order will be the responsibility of the customer. It is your responsibility to inform with customs in your country to find out the cost of receiving an international package.

REFUND, RETURNS & EXCHANGES POLICY

If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your purchased item or items, please return it to us within 30 days of receiving the products, provided that the products are in original condition, unused, unwashed and are accompanied with their original packaging. We will replace it, exchange it or refund the purchase price*. Please email returns@willowandcoconut.com notifying us that you wish to return an item including the invoice number on the email, and the reason for returning it.

We will notify you when we have received the items and will refund, credit or exchange the item for you within 14 days.

*Sale items cannot be returned for a refund. You can however choose to exchange the item/items for another product with the same price or receive a credit voucher to use at a later date. When you cannot find a product with the same price to exchange the item, you can either pay the difference of a more expensive item or keep the remaining credit for a later purchase.

Our vintage products are not sold as new and therefore do not have the same warranty attached to them as other goods. Our older/ vintage items are sold as is. If in doubt, please inform with us on the state of the item. We sell several handmade Fairtrade items, we cannot give exact sizes on these items.

Some of our vintage items also have a vintage smell, this can be a matter of opinion and has nothing to do with the quality of the product. Handmade baskets also often have a distinctive smell. Keep this in mind when ordering your items online.

We cannot accept unused goods in damaged packaging unless they are faulty. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the goods are faulty, in which case we will refund the cost of returning the goods to us.

We are not responsible for the return of the items; damaged or lost packages are the responsibility of the customer. We cannot be held accountable and will not refund or give credit for items not received.

Packages and items not collected

Willow and Coconut cannot be held responsible for packages and items not received or collected. In case packages and items are not collected, they will be sent back to us. We are not responsible for items shipped back to us.

If the customer wishes to receive the items again, we will charge the customer a second time for sending the package again. It is the customers responsibility to provide us with the correct address and available to receive your package or plan for someone to do so. We are not liable or responsible for the acceptance of the package.

Complaints and Defects

Despite taking very good care of all items we send; an article can somehow get damaged or be defected. If the outside of the packaging appears to be damaged due to transportation it is crucial that you notify the delivery company when you receive the parcel, or to refuse the parcel. If you notify us within 7 days of receiving your package we will replace the damaged or defect items if available and in stock. Sadly, one of a kind items are irreplaceable, and we therefore be credited.

All complaints regarding damages, defects or delays in delivery should be directed at our sales department sales@willowandcoconut.com

In the case of damaged goods, please provide us with pictures of the damaged package if accepted and the damaged items.

Photos and video

Photos and video on our website, social media channels, print work, blogs, online magazines and extended media are copywrite and the sole property of Willow and Coconut. The use of our photography is NOT permitted unless explicit written permission is given by the proprietor of Willow and Coconut unless otherwise specified by Willow and Coconut.

Personal Data

Your personal data is saved to the Customer Relation Management system of Willow and Coconut to be able process your order. Willow and Coconut uses your personal data for internal marketing use only, i.e. for sending you newsletters. Your personal data will not be forwarded or sold for marketing purposes to any third party. Also, we will save certain data if you are a member of our points program in the future. Please check our privacy policy for further information.

Liability

Disputes are to be solved in mutual consultation wherever possible. Dutch law is applicable to the terms and conditions. Willow and Coconut cannot be held responsible for possible mistakes, defects or loss of income by using and or purchasing on this website and in our store.
